Delivery and returns

Shipping method

Packages are shipped within two days of receipt of payment (excluding pre-order items). They are sent via La Poste Colissimo or DHL and delivered with signature. Packages can also be shipped via Mondial Relay. Orders are processed within 48 hours. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online. In the event of a sharp increase in activity, shipping times may exceptionally not be in accordance with those mentioned above. If this is the case, the information will be indicated during the purchase process. 

Package shipping cost

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. We recommend that you group all of your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Delivery outside the European Union Livraison hors Union européenne

Customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

The article must be returned within fourteen days from the date of receipt by the customer. The returned item must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, suitable for resale, unused and with all of the accessories..

Returns of items that do not meet all of the conditions listed above will be refused.  

To request a return, first contact us by email at bonjour@kalyca.fr so that we can provide you with the return label. Then follow the steps below :

- log into your customer account,

- access the My orders page My order , then let yourself be guided

- Stick the return label received by email and go to the post office of your choice. You will have no additional costs when you first return.

- In the event of a second return, the return costs will be your responsibility.

Trades 

We do not offer the exchange of articles. If you wish to exchange an item, we invite you to make a return under the conditions described in the "Returns" paragraph then place a new order.
